Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the Paediatric and Adult Community Social Care Team in Islington. This hybrid role supports both paediatric and adult service users, focusing on reviewing care packages and providing equipment to promote independence and safety.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Conduct assessments for both paediatric and adult service users
* Review care packages and recommend appropriate equipment
* Provide moving and handling solutions to support safe living
* Work flexibly across community settings with hybrid arrangements
* Maintain accurate records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:
* Degree or Master's in Occupational Therapy
* HCPC registration
* Experience working with adults in community social care
* Knowledge of paediatric OT practice (preferred)
* Familiarity with Liquid Logic (preferred)
* Excellent communication and assessment skills
