Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Telephony Consultant to support the delivery of a modern contact centre solution, integrating D365, telephony, and automation tools.

Responsibilities
* Configure xsngvjr and deliver D365 contact centre solutions
* Design IVR, call flows, and customer journeys
* Integrate ACS, Copilot Studio, and D365
* Build automation workflows using Power Automate
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise performance
