About the Role:
One of my local government clients are currently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant / Business Support Officer, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of council services.
In this hybrid position, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality support functions in a dynamic and fast-paced local government environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-level administrative and business support to teams across the council.

Manage and maintain both manual and electronic filing and information systems.

Respond effectively to urgent priorities, deadlines, and changing needs.

Support day-to-day office operations, scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
About You:
We’re looking for candidates who have:

Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a regulated or public sector environment.
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
*
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
