While you will handle a maintainable caseload you will be offered support by the management with complex cases and feel welcomed within the team. Given the large number of teams, you can expect a high turnaround in cases and you will be able to handle these effectively and efficiently. You will also be offered flexible working and be able to work from home from time to time and make a schedule that works for you.
If you are finding yourself browsing through job boards and not feeling satisfied with your current situation, we work directly with local councils and offer support for social workers with LAC, Safeguarding, assessment, and child protection teams and can offer a loyalty bonus which can see your pay increase up to £100 per week.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
