Working from our Head Office based in Stoke-on-Trent, you will support the Vehicle Sales Compliance Managers, with your knowledge and capability of providing exceptional service in a fast paced environment that will drive your success at Holdcroft. You will be responsible for creating and processing order forms, invoicing and reporting, that will ensure all Vehicle Sales Compliance Managers work is completed to a high standard and adhere to all regulatory requirements inline with our insurance products. Liaising with colleagues and customers to ensure completion of relevant documentation relating to sales and maintaining consistency. Required skills as an Administrator: Strong knowledge of working within an administration role within the sales industry or similar. IT and computer literate with the ability to use various systems. Knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage however not essential. High attention to detail and well organised whilst managing a varied workload. Good communication skills within the team, wider departments and customers. Ability to work well as part of a team.
