Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high kitchen standards and smooth service, including:
6. Managing and running a designated kitchen section
7. Preparing and presenting dishes to agreed quality standards
8. Organising mise en place to ensure efficient service
9. Supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff
10. Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
11. Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
12. Working closely with the team to maintain consistency
