What You’ll Be Doing As a junior member of our team, you will support our finance operations for the EU and US regions. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with accounts payable tasks and liaising with external stakeholders Reconciling and processing payments for brokerage activities Supporting month-end close activities and internal reporting Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Engaging with internal stakeholders across global teams Working in operational finance, including treasury functions Helping to review and maintain finance processes and policies Gaining exposure to tax processes and compliance Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects What We Offer Comprehensive, hands-on training led by experienced professionals Financial study support and mentorship as you work toward your ACA or ACCA qualification Early responsibility and the opportunity to shape your finance career from day one Exposure to a variety of finance functions within a successful, multinational business A collaborative, inclusive, and high-achieving team environment About You Recently completed or close to completing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field Intention to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take initiative Effective communicator, comfortable working independently as well as within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
