Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. The position is paid and suitable for those seeking part-time employment - full time hours as we can offer hours from a minimum of 15 up to 30 plus hours per week.
Start time can be flexible and the latest finish time will be 3pm.
Weekends are required.
Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise designated areas, including rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
* Change bed linens and organise supplies as required
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected to meet hygiene standards
* Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning activities
* Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour when interacting with clients or guests
* Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or window washing when necessary
Skills

* Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
