Location:
We are expanding our team in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Medway, Swale, Dartford & South East London.
Exceptional candidates from other geographical areas will be considered
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Tuesdays are ‘team days’ at our offices on The Royal Arsenal, SE18.
Salary & Earnings
Basic Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (Rookie to Team Leader…room to grow!)
Uncapped Commission + Additional Bonuses
Salary Structure:
* Sales experience from telesales, retail, or any customer-facing sales role
* £28,000 – Experienced B2B Sales
* 18+ months selling services on a contractual basis with a proven track record
* £30,000 – Industry Specialist
* 2+ years’ experience within hygiene facilities or similar contract services
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
* £5,400 annual car allowance
* £960 annual mobile & home Wi-Fi allowance
* Fuel expenses fully covered

We are recruiting motivated, results-driven Field Sales Executives to grow our client base across Kent, London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face in the field prospecting and targeted telephone activity
* Conduct on-site, consultative sales appointments with prospective clients
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and ongoing client satisfaction
