Availability: The following are our preferred working hours:

* Monday: 08:00 - 15:00
* Tuesday: 08:00 - 15:00
* Wednesday: 08:00 - 15:00
* Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
* Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible and open to discussions about your availability.

This role involves serving customers with passion, knowledge, and professionalism, handling customer feedback, processing transactions accurately, and working safely in accordance with training and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing excellent customer service
* Handling complaints professionally
* Recording customer details confidentially
* Carrying out safety checks and waste disposal
* Managing returned items and visitor sign-in
* Communicating effectively with team members and managers
* Participating in store events and supporting various store areas
* Handling products carefully to maintain quality
* Living Tesco's values and policies

Requirements include a passion for service, excellent communication skills, teamwork, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
