The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of high:quality projects across the education, residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors, working on well:considered schemes from concept through to construction. With a strong focus on technical excellence, buildability, and clear design intent, the studio operates as a collaborative, office:based team of architects and technologists. The successful candidate will become part of a close:knit team, contributing to the detailed development and delivery of projects within a supportive and professional working environment.

Ideal Candidate
* Qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
* Confident working knowledge of SketchUp
* Excellent technical detailing and drawing skills
* Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working within a collaborative, office:based team
Daily Duties
* Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using AutoCAD
* Supporting the technical development of projects from detailed design through to construction
* Creating and developing 3D models using SketchUp
* Coordinating technical information with architects, consultants, and external consultants
* Ensuring drawings and documentation comply with current building regulations and standards
* Assisting with the smooth delivery of projects and responding to technical queries as required
