The Role
To be successful in this cleaning role you should strive for excellence, be able to work independently, have a can-do attitude, and work well with others. This position suits a hard-working cleaner with excellent communication skills. It is crucial to be able to work on IT systems such as an electronic diary and other in-house systems (training will be provided).
* Provide a comprehensive cleaning service to the tenants and landlords of the X1 properties.
* Work closely with Property Managers to clean and resolve reported issues inside apartments in a timely manner.
* Comply with safe working practices and report faulty equipment and potential hazards.
* Liaise with Property Managers daily to ensure all scheduled jobs are completed and provide regular updates.
* Use in-house systems (training will be provided).
* Keep an inventory and monthly audit of all cleaning tools and equipment.
* Communicate with clients in a professional manner and ensure cleaning cards are left after every job attended to.

* Must have a full UK driving licence.
Hours
9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 4.30pm Friday; part-time hours considered.
Salary
£23,810 per annum pro rata.
