CHP are looking to recruit an experienced Building Manager to undertake the the role of Operations and Relationship Manager across a dedicated portfolio of Health Centres in the Bury, Tameside and Glossop patch
Main duties of the job
AsOperations & Relationship Manager (ORM)yourrole is tofacilitatethe integration and engagement of existing and prospective tenants and provide day-to-day management of the sites.You willwork closely with the CHP Property team to help ensure the safe and efficient running of the site whilst working closely with tenants to maximise tenant satisfaction and improve utilisation. The ORM role reportsinto a Portfolio Manager (PM) orSenior PortfolioManager (SPM).

Qualifications
* IWFM level 3 in Facilities Management
* IWFM Level 4 in Facilities Management or above

* Proficient in maintaining and updating operational documentation
* Proficient with Microsoft packages, digital tools and systems
* Good working knowledge of health care and primary health care services
* Experience of working in a healthcare environment
* Knowledge of soft and hard FM services and contract liaison practices
* Ability to monitor performance against objectives
* Ability to chair and facilitate meetings
* Project lifecycle experience
* Knowledge of social value and corporate social value responsibility
