WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A natural multitasker with great attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Experience in administration, sales support, or hospitality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Delphi knowledge is a plus)
Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused
Leadership potential and a passion for development
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Sales Managers with daily admin, reporting, and diary management
Organise VIP site visits and familiarisation events from start to finish
Manage rate renewals and ensure accurate documentation
Lead team meetings, handle feedback, and resolve complaints constructively
Track performance metrics and compile evaluation reports
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the department
Maintain high standards, compliance, and team morale
