Job Description We’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join the award-winning Fairmont St Andrews team and take charge of the MICE market across a designated territory. What You’ll Be Doing: Hunt and close new business : Prospect, pitch, and convert leads through face-to-face meetings, events, and trade shows. Grow key accounts : Maximise value from existing clients and build long-term loyalty. Be our brand ambassador : Represent Fairmont St Andrews across the UK and internationally through sales missions, industry events, and client visits. Collaborate for success : Work closely with Accor Global Sales, tourist boards, and partners to drive demand. Own your market : Develop and execute smart strategies to boost bookings, revenue, and brand visibility.
