The Role
We're seeking experienced, professional site security managers for two premium hospitality venues in Belfast. This is weekend-only work perfect for those looking to supplement their income or seeking consistent part-time employment. Role may lead on to progression within the company internal structure based on performance.
Schedule:
* Friday & Saturday nights: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM
* 16 hours per week guaranteed
* Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain professional presence at venue entrances
* Monitor and control access to premises
* Ensure compliance with venue policies and licensing requirements
* Provide excellent customer service to guests
* Handle any incidents calmly and professionally
* Work as part of a coordinated team across multiple doors
* Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness
Essential Requirements
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (mandatory)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality/nightlife venues
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and demeanour at all times
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
* Physical fitness appropriate for the role
