Drake’s are looking for a CS agent to join the Customer Service team based in our offices on Savile Row, London. Reporting to the Global CX manager, you will be tasked with ensuring that e mail and live chat enquiries are being dealt with in a timely manner, enhancing our customers’ experience and loyalty by utilising your strong product knowledge and communication skills, assisting in the brand's growth and developing your career by helping to ensure the smooth running of our customer service department.
Responsibilities :
• Taking ownership of Drake’s customer care platform (Gorgias) and communications with customers.
• Monitoring the live chat function of the website, and advise on improvements to enhance customer engagement through live chat.
• Ensuring that all tickets are answered quickly and consistently throughout the year.
• Advising on product information and sizing, as well as helping customers through their purchase journey from the pre-purchase to the post-purchase stages.
• Assisting customers and colleagues with delivery and returns information and policies, order status and processes.
• Own relationships with couriers and provide necessary information and documentation to clear customs when needed.
• Work alongside the ecommerce department to build and assist running the Drake’s Loyalty strategies.
• Develop and own the relationship with VIP customers, providing a personalised service expected from Drake’s.
• Develop the customer care department into a sales channel by assisting customers with their enquiries, purchases and by reaching out to customers who have used the ‘’Back in stock notification feature’’, when goods are available in other locations.
• Communicating with the fulfilment centre and other departments to ensure operations are
running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage the chargebacks and provided necessary information to Shopify in order to settle in
favour of the business.
• Communicate with other departments to arrange in-store returns, transfer of goods and
other operational tasks.
• Becoming a brand ambassador to support customers with their overall brand experience online and in-store when needed.
