Roles will vary depending on level, from food preparation and production to leadership, coordination, and operational oversight during service.

Prepare, cook, and present food in line with Legends Global and Chelsea FC standards
Support the delivery of high‑volume matchday and event catering
For senior roles, lead and coordinate kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and food quality
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times
Ensure kitchen areas remain clean, organised, and well stocked
Work collaboratively across kitchen sections in a fast‑paced live‑event environment
Relevant culinary experience appropriate to the role applied for
Level 3 culinary qualification for Head Chef and Lead Chef roles
Level 2 culinary qualification for Chef de Partie and Pastry roles
Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high‑volume kitchen
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
Able to commute to Stamford Bridge

As part of the application, candidates will be asked to record a short video response to a couple of questions, allowing us to get to know you beyond your CV.

This role is offered on a casual, event‑based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and stadium events.
