The Role We’re looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to bring our brand story to life across Instagram (200k followers) and TikTok (90k). You’ll be responsible for planning, posting and engaging content that’s aligned with our values: calm, elevated, empowering and deeply human. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule daily posts across Instagram and TikTok Repurpose and edit content from shoots, UGC, testimonials and live events Plan content calendars in line with launches, campaigns and cultural moments Write clear, on-brand captions with strong hooks and CTAs Community management - replying to customers across our channels in a timely manner Track performance and suggest improvements based on insights Collaborate with the founder and wider team for aligned messaging You’ll Be A confident communicator with a great eye for aesthetics and trends Passionate about wellness, slow living and storytelling Comfortable using Canva, Later, CapCut and/or similar tools Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated Based in London, with the ability to attend occasional events or pop-ups Perks Flexible working hours Opportunity to grow with the brand as we expand into retail and global markets Apply direct through LinkedIn or email your CV, a short cover note and examples of your work (social handles or content portfolio) to contact@easthealing.com with the subject line: Social Media Manager – Your Name .
