Are you an EYFS or Year 1 teacher who loves those magical early learning moments, but craves a better work life balance?
We’re looking for passionate early years and KS1 teachers to step into flexible Supply and PPA roles across local schools. This gives you the chance to work with curious Reception and Year 1 classes, without the pressure of full-time class responsibilities.
No endless planning.
No late-night marking marathons.
No parent meetings taking over your evenings.
Just great teaching, happy learners, and the freedom to choose when and where you work.
Reception and Year 1 are such special stages. Children are discovering school life, building confidence, and taking their first steps into phonics, reading, and number. If you love creating nurturing environments where curiosity thrives and little learners feel safe to explore, this could be the perfect fit.
Whether you’re looking for three days a week, ad hoc supply, or regular PPA cover, we’ll work around you.
Because loving teaching shouldn’t mean sacrificing your balance.
