The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all incoming briefs, oversee ongoing work, and ensure the timely delivery of final jobs from the Image team.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role involves managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching projects. It requires a dedicated point of contact for the team to ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, possesses strong communication skills, and can plan and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role demands high competency in multitasking and managing projects with diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, understanding project timelines, maintaining records, and clear communication with clients and internal teams are essential to meet quality standards and deadlines. Regular updates to team leaders and stakeholders are also required.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business areas and oversee the delivery of all image assets
* Build positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment
* Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively
* Contribute to strategic discussions and planning
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources
* Learn and understand client systems, review, and production processes
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping job statuses updated daily
* Keep team members informed about project statuses
* Support and motivate team members during high-pressure periods
* Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed
* Coordinate with brief owners to secure all necessary assets
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments
* Manage accounts system, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work
* Obtain approval for estimates before starting work
* Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing
Skills
Candidates should have at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn and understand the software used by the team will enhance performance. Essential personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
