Now, we’re looking for a motivated and commercially-minded Key Account Manager to help accelerate our growth and impact. If you’re ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.


What you’ll do

You’ll be the driving force behind our commercial success - managing key relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring every client experience is first class.

* Own your portfolio: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts, maximising value through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
* Grow the business: Proactively identify and develop new opportunities, opening doors to fresh partnerships.
* Be the face of IAM RoadSmart: Meet clients and prospects weekly, representing our brand with professionalism and passion.
* Craft winning proposals: Create tailored solutions that solve client challenges and demonstrate real ROI.
* Stay in control: Manage accurate sales forecasts and pipelines in Pipedrive CRM.
* Negotiate with confidence: Finalise contracts, SLAs, T&Cs, and KPIs that work for both sides.
* Collaborate and lead: Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless service and resolve challenges quickly.
* Be an ambassador: Represent IAM RoadSmart at industry events and networking opportunities.


What you’ll bring

You’re a natural relationship builder and problem solver - someone who thrives on meeting targets, creating value, and making a genuine difference.

* Proven sales success: 3+ years of experience exceeding targets in account management or B2B sales.
* Commercial insight: A sharp eye for opportunity and the confidence to influence key decision-makers.
* Customer focus: You care about creating positive experiences and long-term partnerships.
* Organisation and ownership: Excellent time management and self-motivation.
* Collaborative spirit: You’re a team player who helps others succeed.
* Tech-savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Bonus: Understanding of driver risk management and the automotive or fleet sector.
