Were looking for a Site Supervisor with HGV to join our skilled and dedicated Hamble team someone who is happy to travel and can take charge on-site, motivate teams, and deliver work safely, compliantly, and efficiently. What Youll Be Doing: Leading teams on emergency response and planned works across industrial and environmental sites. Being the go-to leader on-site and in the depot from RAMS to reporting, youll ensure everything runs smoothly. Managing plant and equipment, vehicles, and documentation with precision. Working directly with customers to build relationships and spot future opportunities. Supporting job planning, paperwork, and logistics no two days are the same. Acting as a key player in our spill and HAZMAT response operations. What Were Looking For: Proven site supervision experience and RAMS documentation expertise. Strong communication skills youll be the bridge between site, clients, and management. Pollution control and spill response experience- Essential Competent in the selection and use of RPE and breathing apparatus HP/ UHP water jetting IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS must-haves. Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions, and to travel or stay away when required. HGV Class 2 and towing experience? Thats a bonus! Ability to handle pressure while delivering high standards and team performance.
