- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial agreements and a full range of corporate transactions.
- You will take responsibility for your own caseload, taking the lead on some transactions and working with senior colleages on more complex transactions.
- You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
