Salary: Pay Grade: Scale 8: £32,412 - £35,426

Contract: Full Time 37 Hours a week.

Location: City of Bristol College - Any Site

About your role:

The ICT User Support Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems across the college, enabling end users to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively. This role combines hands‑on technical support with Team leadership, overseeing both field‑based maintenance of desktops, peripherals, and in‑house systems, and helpdesk operations. As Team Leader, you will provide clear direction, motivation, and guidance to the ICT user support team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for prioritising and resolving user support requests, maintaining high service standards, and driving team productivity and performance to meet the evolving needs of the college community.
