About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Service Delivery Manager to join our expanding team at our Gatwick office. This is a pivotal role within our clinical management team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical service delivery across our contracted services.
You’ll lead and support our in-house and contracted clinicians, ensuring they are responsive, empathetic, and consistently deliver exceptional care. You’ll also play a key role in clinical governance, service development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the clinical team, providing support, development, and training.
* Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks and regulatory standards (CQC, JRCALC, NICE).
* Represent at client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee clinical operations, site visits, and supervision.
* Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
* Act as IP&C Lead and contribute to the Clinical Governance Committee.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* HCPC registered Paramedic or NMC registered Nurse
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Strong communication and IT skills
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
Desirable:
* Formal management or leadership qualification
* Clinical leadership/management experience
* Multilingual skills
