Responsibilities
of the Technical Coordinator:
Coordinate all engineering-related aspects of new and live sites
Manage Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements, including adoption processes
Review and approve engineering drawings, drainage designs, and levels
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and utility providers to secure technical approvals
Provide engineering support to site teams, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track
Contribute to value engineering exercises and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Development Engineer, Civil Engineer or Technical Coordinator with strong engineering exposure
Solid understanding of section agreements, drainage, levels and services coordination
Ability to work independently within a smaller team environment
Strong communication skills and a practical, solution-focused mindset
Experience in residential development or housebuilding (essential)
