Food & Beverage Supervisor – Gweek, Cornwall

This role places you at the heart of the visitor experience, leading a team of hosts in our Café, Hilltop Refreshments, and Kiosk units.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage a team of hosts and deliver a world-class customer experience. Your key duties include:
- Leading the front line and driving outstanding customer service
- Co‑ordinating service for day visitors and events
- Increasing revenue and minimizing waste by upselling and refining spend targets
- Collaborating with suppliers for efficient stock management
- Mentoring staff to achieve spend targets and uphold high food hygiene standards
- Working full‑time, 5 days a week from 7 am, with rostered weekends and bank holidays during peak periods
Qualifications & Experience
- Supervisory experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
- Proven people‑management and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling
- Track record of maximizing visitor spend through upselling

Pay Range
GBP £26,897.00 per year.
