We’re looking for a Property Accounts Officer to join a growing lettings and property management agency in Salford Quays. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2 years of accounts/finance experience who wants to take real ownership of processes and grow into a senior role. What you’ll be doing: Managing day-to-day lettings finance: rent collection, landlord payments, deposits and arrears Reconciling accounts and bank statements Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve finance queries Supporting process improvements, budgeting and forecasting What we’re looking for: 2–4 years of accounts/finance experience (property sector experience a big plus) AAT Level 3 or equivalent (or working towards) Strong reconciliation and attention-to-detail skills Confident communicator with landlords, tenants and contractors Ambition to progress into a more senior role as the business grows
