Offer description

The Vacancy
Do you enjoy helping international teams get the very best from their technology, combining hands-on training, data insight and face-to-face collaboration across regions? Then this could be the opportunity for you

At the MSC, you'll be part of a global organisation working to end overfishing and protect our oceans. Based in London and supporting colleagues across the US, Canada and Latin America, you'll play a visible, practical role in improving how core platforms are used day to day, turning system capability into real business impact. You'll also take the lead on key technology and data capability areas, shaping how they are adopted across the region.

You'll build strong relationships across regions, deliver training in person, understand local challenges and influence how new tools are adopted. With regular travel to North America, you'll see first-hand the difference your work makes.

This is a true hybrid role sitting between the business and our central Technology & Data function, combining training delivery, business process analysis, data insight and stakeholder engagement to drive sustained technology adoption.

What you'll bring to the MSC:
Technical confidence with platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 (or similar), and an understanding of how systems support real business processes
The ability to use data and insight to assess system usage, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn these into practical actions that increase engagement and efficiency
Experience designing and delivering training, onboarding or rollout activities that help teams adopt new tools and ways of working, through workshops, online learning or coaching
Confidence working between business teams and Product Owners, translating user needs into clear requirements and advocating for effective solutions
A collaborative and credible approach, with an ability to build trusted relationships across regions, cultures and levels of seniority.

You will also be comfortable working across time zones and travelling internationally to build strong, in-person connections with the teams you support. This role is ideal for someone who has a few years experience in a similar role.

The MSC is committed to flexible working. The successful candidate will need to work from the London office for a minimum of 50% of their working time each month The remaining time can be worked from home. During the onboarding process, hybrid work may require more in-office work than remote work.

Please be aware, we are only able to progress with candidates who already have the right to work in the location specified in this advert. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.

The MSC is committed to the principles of equality and fairness and we welcome applications from all communities. Working at the MSC
The MSC's vision is for the world's oceans to be teeming with life, and seafood supplies safeguarded for this and future generations. Today, the impacts of overfishing and climate change pose an even greater threat to the ocean and fish stocks. Through our internationally recognised certification and ecolabeling program, well-managed sustainable fisheries are recognised and rewarded throughout the seafood supply chain. Over 700 fisheries around the world, representing 19% of the annual global marine catch, are now engaged in the MSC program and MSC certified and labelled seafood products are now available in over 66 countries. Through partnerships and collective endeavour, we are on a mission to end overfishing.
