Commercial Administrator – 3-month contract – Northampton (Hybrid)
My Customer is currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to provide essential support to their team during a period of staff leave and holiday cover. This is a key temporary role ideal for someone with a strong background in Goods Receipt (GR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes, particularly within SAP S/4HANA or earlier SAP systems.
The Commercial Administrator is required onsite in Northampton at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Administrator:
Process and manage GR and PO transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide administrative support to the commercial team during the absence of team members
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and document handling
Maintain SAP records with a high level of attention to detail
Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements from the Commercial Administrator:
Proven experience in GR and PO processes
Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or previous versions is essential
