Our partner are looking for a
Cybersecurity Analyst
to provide short-term cover across their environment, supporting upwards of 1,000 users across their main sites. This role will involve hands-on work with our core security tools, ticket management, and direct end-user interaction. The position is due to start as soon as possible and will be on site Monday to Friday 9-5.
What you'll do:
* Monitor and triage alerts in SentinelOne, SenseOn, and FortiEMS
* Support and administer ManageEngine and ManageEngine Service Desk
* Assist with Meraki networking across multiple sites
* Update and resolve cyber/security tickets in line with SLAs
* Provide approachable, friendly support to end users
* Carry out ad-hoc InfoSec tasks and escalate where needed
The Person:
* Familiar with SentinelOne, FortiEMS, and SIEM/monitoring tools (SenseOn or similar)
* Knowledge of ManageEngine and Service Desk tools
* Understanding of Meraki networking in a multi-site setup
* Strong communication skills, comfortable talking with end users
* Organised with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-moving environment
