Creating a dynamic and well-resourced learning environment that promotes participation, teamwork, and a passion for physical activity. Contributing to the ongoing development of the PE curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's vision and the latest advancements in physical education pedagogy. Building strong relationships with students, fostering their confidence and encouraging them to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle. Coaching and supporting students in extracurricular sports activities, potentially leading teams to compete in district and Trust competitions. Participating in departmental and whole-school events, contributing to the wider school community.
