About the Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all pupils
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to support early development and learning
* Encourage social, emotional, and communication skills through positive interaction
* Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children in an EYFS or similar setting
* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant / Childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Is patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about early years education
* Can build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
* Is committed, reliable, and ready to start in September
