What You’ll Do as a Sous Chef:
* Supportthe Head Chef in running a smooth, efficient kitchen.
* Leadby example—cooking delicious dishes to spec and keeping standardssky-high.
* Helptrain and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive and motivatedenvironment.
* Maintaintop hygiene and safety standards at all times.
* Stepup and take charge when the Head Chef is away.
