The Role
As our Key Account Manager (KAM), you’ll be a key driver of growth in the UK by managing and growing strategic retail and whole sales accounts. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven company and bring better snacking to more people. You will also be an important builder of the future UK organisation together with the team that is based in London today.
What You’ll Do
â—Ź Own & Grow: Manage existing UK retail accounts, delivering strong growth and flawless execution.
â—Ź Hunt New Business: Identify and secure new distribution opportunities across grocery, convenience & wholesale.
â—Ź Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure customer success and alignment with brand strategy.
â—Ź Analyse & Report: Use data and insights to drive performance, make recommendations, and deliver results.
â—Ź Negotiate: Lead annual negotiations including pricing, promotional plans, and joint business planning.
What We’re Looking For
â—Ź 3+ years of experience in FMCG account management, ideally in impulse categories.
â—Ź Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
â—Ź Experience working with UK grocery and/wholesales accounts (e.g. CN Foods, DDC, Epicurium, Automatic Retailing).
● A proactive, entrepreneurial & competitive mindset — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves & deliver growth with existing customers and unlock new distribution.
â—Ź Passion for health, wellness, and disruptive consumer brands.
â—Ź London-based, some travel required.
