Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Supported Living Service in Trafford. This role involves leading a large property with 7 service users, providing support with all aspects of daily living. The position is full-time, requiring participation in an on-call rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Oversee the daily operations of a busy supported living service.
* Ensure high-quality care and support are consistently provided to service users.
* Lead and motivate a team of support staff, promoting a positive and proactive work environment.
* Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implementing improvements as necessary.
* Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Participate in the on-call rota, providing support and guidance to staff during weekends and bank holidays as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or Leadership and Management.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Leadership and Management is preferable but not essential.
* Proven experience as a Team Leader in a similar setting.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
