Situated on the doorstep of Inverness Airport, we aim to provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere throughout the bar/bistro, one meeting room and a gymnasium. Job Description: As a Reception Team Member, you will be at the heart of the guest journey, creating unforgettable moments while providing outstanding service at our reception desk. This is a seasonal opportunity available during the peak summer period. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, but not essential as full on the job training will be provided. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a bonus. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7.
