My client, a 2 AA Rosette boutique hotel in Chichester, is looking for a good all round Chef de Partie to join their team.
The restaurant serves Modern British cuisine using locally sourced fresh ingredients. They also have a more relaxed Brasserie.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a CDP ideally in a rosette environment.
The salary for the Chef de Partie is £33,000 per annum plus approx. £3,000 gratuities.
There is live in available which costs £390 per month and includes all bills, WiFi and TV Licence.
