Responsibilities
* Wish to teach and lead learning, with a focus on ‘Preparation for Adulthood’, including promoting independence and student voice
* Have the relevant qualifications and experience of working with young adults with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties and / or ASD
* Have the ability to work with other staff teams and agencies as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Have good communication and inter-personal skills and a positive outlook

Post 16
Talbot’s Post 16 department is called The Bridge as our aim is to bridge the gap between school and adult life. This may mean preparing our students to continue in further education or laying the foundations for a successful transition into adult social care. Our varied and exciting curriculum allows students to build the transferable skills they need to be as independent as possible and have their voices heard throughout their adult lives.
