We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who’s confident, collaborative, and passionate about helping clients succeed. If you’re a natural relationship-builder with a strategic mindset, strong organisational skills, and a love for creative marketing, this could be your next big move.


What you’ll do


You’ll be part of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team working across strategy, content, digital, and design. Your role will be varied, hands-on, and full of opportunities to grow.


Your day-to-day might include:

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts across a range of sectors
  • Understanding client objects and developing effective strategies to deliver meaningful ongoing results
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic input
  • Leading client meetings, presenting ideas, and reporting on performance against agreed KPIs
  • Briefing internal teams and managing project timelines and budgets
  • Writing and reviewing high-quality content with a strong sense of tone, storytelling, and clarity
  • Collaborating with creatives and digital specialists to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts by anticipating client needs and offering strategic solutions
  • Supporting new business activity through research, proposals, and pitches
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and client sectors
  • Contributing to Koobr’s own marketing and thought leadership


What we’re looking for


  • Have 3+ years of experience in a marketing, digital, or agency account management role
  • Are a confident communicator who can build rapport and trust with clients
  • Have strong content writing skills with a flair for tone, storytelling, and clarity
  • Understand how to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
  • Can think strategically and creatively to solve problems and deliver value
  • Are organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Are commercially aware and able to spot opportunities for growth
  • Are results-driven and comfortable working towards KPIs
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference


Bonus points if you have


  • Experience working in a creative or digital agency
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g. SEO, PPC, email, social media)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes
  • Confidence in presenting and pitching ideas
