I'm working with a vibrant and award-winning architecture studio in Central London that's on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and people-focused
Studio Assistant
to become a key part of their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading design practice known for shaping communities and delivering outstanding architecture, masterplanning, and urban design.

As Studio Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the studio's day-to-day operations which includes supporting teams, coordinating events, owning onboarding experiences, and ensuring the workplace runs like clockwork. It's a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and loves making things happen behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting studio operations and business support functions
Creating a fantastic onboarding experience for new starters
Managing client data, booking travel, and reconciling expenses
Organising staff events, gifts, and team celebrations
Helping maintain a welcoming, tidy, and inspiring workspace
Providing backup reception cover and liaising with clients
Managing meeting room bookings and incoming communications
What They're Looking For:
Prior experience in a similar studio administration role
A natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail
Positive, professional, and approachable demeanour
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Switchboard experience is a big plus
