Senior Operations Analyst - Payments
We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports, overseeing critical processes and controls to ensure efficient delivery of transfer operations.
You will use your knowledge to ensure consistent and quality delivery of the operational customer journey, working closely with Customer and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partner firms. You will proactively analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and streamline our operations processes.
Responsibilities:
* Leading, coaching and supporting your team through regular 1:1s and development conversations
* Overseeing payment workflows to ensure service levels are met and continuously improved
* Acting as the subject matter expert and point of escalation for complex queries
* Identifying risks, resolving blockers, and making sure controls and processes are up to date
* Preparing and sharing accurate MI to give visibility of team activity and performance
* Collaborating with colleagues across Operations and the wider business to deliver effective outcomes
* Supporting training and knowledge sharing to build capability across the team
* Driving continuous improvement in how we work and serve our clients
Requirements:
* Strong analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems under pressure
* Knowledge of platform payments and solid industry knowledge
* Experienced people leader who enjoys coaching, developing and supporting a team
* Expertise in operational processing, risk management and change management
* Confident improving processes, managing workflows and using MI to drive decisions
What we offer:
We offer a generous mix of benefits, including a salary between £40,000 and £45,000, 27 days holiday + bank holidays, two volunteering days per year, option to work abroad for up to six weeks a year, and more.
