HR Operations Specialist – Glasgow – Up to £33.5k basic
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Operations Specialist to support the HR team in delivering efficient HR operations across the UK and EU.
This role is ideal for someone with strong HR experience in employee life cycle management, compliance, and payroll coordination. Based 100% on-site in Glasgow, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are compliant, effective, and aligned with business needs.

Role:
1. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, relocations, and contractual changes across UK and EU regions
2. Prepare employment contracts, conduct right-to-work checks, and oversee pre-employment screening
3. Act as first point of contact for employee queries relating to contracts, policies, absence, and payroll
