The Role: As Payroll Manager, you will take full ownership of the payroll function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and supporting the wider HR and finance teams. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organisation
Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies
Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
Lead on payroll-related projects and process improvements
Provide expert advice on payroll matters to staff and management
Proven experience in a payroll management role
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and best practices
Confident using payroll software and Excel
