Sheridan Maine are excited to be partnering with an established organisation in the Southampton area who are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their head office accounts department.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Performing group balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparing financial statements
* Liaising with external auditors
* Ensuring the accurate delivery of month end close
* Reviewing accounting procedures and identifying areas of improvements
* Managing stakeholders and assisting with queries
* Producing group financial reporting
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Part qualified or qualified Accountant ( ACCA / CIMA / ACA / AAT )
* Good technical accounting knowledge
* Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
* Prior experience of ERPs eg Oracle, SAP
* Intermediate level Excel skills
