Governance and Risk Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Governance and Risk Manager to join our client based in Windsor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening their governance, compliance, and risk management practices across the business.

The Governance and Risk Manager responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure they operate to the highest standards of integrity and accountability
Supporting the development and implementation of strong governance and risk management frameworks.
Acting as the company's Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with data protection laws and promoting best practice in privacy and information security.
Managing company secretarial duties, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring timely filings.
Overseeing insurance and risk management processes, including renewals, claims, and liaising with insurers and brokers.
Assisting with contract management and maintaining accurate business records.
Helping to build and lead a small team focused on governance, compliance, and risk.
The Governance and Risk Manager skills and experience:
Previous experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
Understands UK GDPR and data protection principles.
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Works well independently and enjoys collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
Brings a positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach to their work.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. ICSA/CGI, risk or data protection certification) are desirable
