Nursery Practitioner, Oxfordshire, Up to £16.50 per hour Role Overview Completely Care is seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our temporary team in Oxfordshire, offering flexible work arrangements and competitive pay rates, allowing for an excellent work-life balance, with the opportunity to choose your working days and hours, and work in a variety of nurseries in the area, including both part-time and full-time positions. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the nursery, supervising and ensuring the safety of the children, engaging them in fun and educational activities, and assisting with lunch and meal times, providing a high level of care and support to children in a nursery setting, utilising their skills and experience to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. Required Skills & Experience A suitable candidate for this role would ideally have experience working within a nursery, childminding, or babysitting role, and hold a level 2 or 3 early years qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of childcare principles and practices, and the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
