Role Details:
Quality Lead
Altrad are currently on the lookout for a Quality Lead to join the business to lead and deliver high-quality support to stakeholders in operational quality matters that meet the needs of internal/external customers.
Key Deliverables:
1. Develop and implement local annual audit programme to verify compliance to Company policy and standards and for the opportunity to facilitate improved working practice.
2. In consultation with HSE, maintain integrated approach to Q & HSE management systems/ procedures and their application.
3. Identify and report the non-application of Company Policy, procedures or standards.
4. Immediately notify General Manager Technical Services of any reported customer complaints or other serious quality issues.
5. Report any deficiencies within IMS to the General Manager Technical Services.
