I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer in West Yorkshire. This role provides a great opportunity to join a leading law firm with numerous awards, that deal with quality work on a regular basis. There is opportunity to work at Associate or Associate Director if this is the level required by yourself!!!
The role and duties:
1. Maintain clients as well as develop new business
2. Dealing with a range of commercial property transactions including business and property sales and purchases, commercial leases, property development, refinancing and mortgages of commercial property (acting for both borrowers and lenders).

The successful candidate will have an established network of business connections, you will have a professional manor at all times. Leadership and business experience would be an additional advantage, as would be a vision of how the department can become more efficient and profitable whilst striving to ensure we have a motivated, efficient and well-trained team.
